Who we are 

Amanda Kastelic MSW, LCSW- Amanda is a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience working in a variety of mental health settings. She has extensive training and expertise in perinatal & maternal mental health including perinatal mood disorders, family planning, infertility, parenting, pregnancy, and postpartum. Other treatment areas include anxiety, stress management, adjustments, grief/loss, couples therapy/relationship issues, and depression. Amanda utilizes a trauma-formed approach and provides a calming, judgment-free, collaborative atmosphere for all. 

Matthew Kastelic MA, NCC, LMHC, CCTP- Matthew is a licensed clinical mental health counselor with board certification as a nationally certified counselor. He has over 10 years of experience working in a variety of mental health settings. He specializes in trauma and forensic mental health. Other treatment areas include anxiety, OCD, Bipolar, and general mental health. He is a certified clinical trauma practitioner and a member of the American Academy of Experts on Traumatic Stress. Matthew utilizes a trauma-informed approach.
