Private Pay:

The cost of a private pay session is determined by each provider and will be reviewed with you at the start. You may be able to have the session cost reimbursed with your insurance company. We will review options during the initial consult.  Reduced rates may be available for some circumstances. 

Accepted payment types:

We accept ACH Bank transfers, American Express, Cash, Check, Discover, Health Savings Accounts, FSA cards,  Mastercards, and Visa.

Insurance options:

Our providers work closely with many insurance companies including MVP, Empire BCBS, Excellus, Anthem, Highmark, BCBS, Blue Card,  United Healthcare, Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna, Optum, and many more. When you make contact with the office we can verify if the provider takes your insurance and how much it will cost (if any) for sessions. 

Cancellations:

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make your appointment. If you miss your appointment and fail to notify us you may be charged a fee.
